We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling)
All cheques must clear prior to shipment. Cheques must be made payable to EXX.PROJECTS
BACS transfers To Abbey, Sort Code 09-06-66, Account number 41015722 Account Exx.Projects. Please send advice by email if paying by this method.
UK MAINLAND
Orders under £30.00 please add £5.00 carriage & packing
Orders between £30.00 and £100 please add £10.00 carriage & packing
Orders between £100.00 & £200.00 please add £15.00 carriage & packing
Orders over £200.00 carriage free.
Standard carriage allow 4-6 days. Next day, urgent orders or shipping to areas outside of UK Mainland please contact our sales department. (link to email)

Shortage in delivery damaged goods
Goods should be checked at time of delivery. If you cannot check the delivery on arrival please sign as unchecked. If you believe the package is damaged please sign as packaging damaged. If you do not follow these guidelines we cannot claim compensation from our carriers. Signing of the delivery note shall constitute unequivocal confirmation that the goods have arrived safely and in good condition.
Notification of shortage in delivery or of damaged goods must reach us within 3 days of delivery.
Return of goods.
In the event of the goods being faulty or otherwise incorrect such discrepancies should be reported to us within three days of delivery.
A charge of 25% of the original invoice price of the goods will be made, plus the cost of carriage both ways.
Retention of title.
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been received and cleared by us.
